granite kitchen worktops-North West &North Wales

We had ours from a monumental mason in Craven Arms in Shropshire. It seems that doing gravestones and worktops is more or less the same process!!! They were recommended by the people who put the units together, so try your fitter first or do a Google search. We were very impressed by the guy who came to measure up for the worktops - he was a carpenter and did everything as if the worktops were being made of wood with sheets of MDF marked and cut on site to make sure that they fitted perfectly. The stome was then cut exactly to shape from the MDF panels, including all the imperfections and the angles in the walls. Brilliant.0
