The Best Tracker Mortgage?? (Britannia)

Does anyone know of a better tracker mortgage than the Britannia "Lifetime" tracker which is BOE rate + 0.40% for the life of the mortgage. Therefore currently it is 5.15%. There's no early repayment charges.

Recently remortgaged with Britannia but went for their Savings Offset Mortgage (base rate+0.74 and no fees) as it suited my circumstances.

I did consider the base+0.4 tracker as it was the lowest long term I could find.

When you add the benefits of the membership reward scheme as well it looks even better

Abbey had a flexible offset tracker for base plus .5%, which we were keen on (yet to find a house) but they withdrew it (apparently temorarily) before the Oct 31 thing cam into play....

Nationwide Tracker over 2,3,5 years are from 4.75% to about 5.00% with an arrangement fee of £349

Hi, I saw my mortgage advisor about 2 months back and Halifax (surprisingly!) had the best deal going. Don't know if that's still the case but worth checking out.
