    Can anyone give a link to the current Accord rates webpage mentioned by MSC1977?

    I've looked on their site and can't find it.

    Their market is near and sub prime. They can have the pick of those, given the current conditions.

    I've heard YBS staff are being told where possible to only book in existing borrowers for appointments for further borrowing. They dont want any new business at present. Would imagine Accord strategy is very similar.

    It has always been their strategy. They are owned by the Yorkshire Building Society, who presumably wanted to seperate their name from sub and near prime customers. Should the situation change, they can pull their horns in with no ill effect.

    Also, even if conditions change, there will still be sub prime customers out there. Always. it's a relative measure.
