A very small victory over GE Money

I've just had a phonecall from GE Money offering me a remortgage  .

I asked if they were aware we were in a DMP and she said yes, they try to "help" people in financial difficulty.

I replied "That's strange. GE money were our worst creditor when we started our DMP. You added £1500 of interest and charges, phoned constantly and took 3 times longer than any other creditor to agree to our plan, I hope you can understand why I never want to be a customer of yours again."

Then I hung up.:rotfl:

A very small victory but it's made me feel better :D .

It all just tripped off my tongue but if I'd thought about it properly I could really have had them jumping through hoops to get my mortgage and then told them what I thought.

OH was really impressed and sorry he wasn't at home to hear me :rotfl: .
