Hi all.
I have a 2 year fixed interest mortgage that is due to come to an end in August. Does anyone know of any mortgage providers which will offer reasonable rates for people who have bad credit ratings. I have been in a debt management programme for a year now which is going well. Any help and advice would be great

If you are on a DMP then you are going to fall into adverse where rates are going to be high.
You will also need to have probably have 20% equity in your property also.
I would order your credit report and would take it to a broker for them to look to see where it fits.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
