Advise Please..!!

This is my first thread on here so please be helpful.

Im in the middle of buying a house, but im a little short for the deposit and solicitors fees, i could just use my overdraft.. but im thinking thats not the best way. How can I get the money together in time. I have started doing these online surveys etc, but i just dont seem to be getting anywhere.. advise please..:confused:

  • Have you tried talking to the vendor (Seller) about lowering the deposit? Can you apply for a bigger mortgage so as not to have the deposit to pay. Is your overdraft interest free?

    ou could open a second bank account with overdraft at 0 percent such as coop privildge. they usually give 1000 as min. and 0 percent for a year i think.
    totally debt free:j and mortgage free too 2010
