Debt Collection Agencies - HELP

I have just had 5 defaults removed from my Credit File - yay. I am still however paying 2 of the debts off. Each month I pay nearly £200 to Moorcroft and Metropolitan Debt collection services.
I am aware there is no interest charge on the total amount but the amount leaving my bank each month is killing me.
I get by each month on a mere few pounds and would like to know if there was a way to reduce my amount.
I have no savings to offer them a lump sum and have 21months left of paying the amount.

Do a SOA work out what you could afford to pay them, send them a copy of the SOA and a letter offering the amount you can afford.

Providing you have no expenditure that is far higher than neccessary they shouldnt refuse

Paying a lower will, obviously, take longer to pay off but if it makes things more manageable then it is probaly worth it.
