Actually I already have an N95 and Garmin XT and it's on a 1GB card so the answer is A (1gb)

no, thats the card they supplied - 16gb is the actual maximum capacity if you were wanting to expand the memory
That's the capacity for expanding the N95's memory but i think the question means the size of memory card Garmin XT is supplied on.
