Telesales advise

Hi, I would really like some advise, I would like to set up my own telesales business, Iv worked in telesales in the past but for the past 5 years have just been customer service phones not sales, I really dont know where to start, how would I gain contracts with companies ect , If anyone has any advise on this business or where I could get advise I would be very great ful, thanks, stacey

i dunno how to help...all I will say is..you may end up on one of the "most hated" lists seeing as nearly most of the UK population are sick to death with sales calls and telemarketing that they register for TPS (like me!)
All that aside...good luck and good on you for having a dream that you want to try and pursue.
Is there another avenue you could possible go down? Does it have to be telesales or could it be more face-to-face proactive stuff like you get in shoppin centres?;)I am not a complete idiot - some parts are missing;)0 -
thanks for your reply, I would do different ways ie shopping centres ect but im unsure how I would get the contracts for the products to ect, I know telesales are hated but I think there is alot of money to made , iv searched the internet an really dont know where to start0

They are even worse than the ones on the telephone! You can put the phone down, but sometimes you just can't get past the b*ggers in the street!0 -
