If they are a firm who charge you to manage your debts then steer well clear of them.

The kind of help they offer is available for free from established well respected free consumer help organisations.

Don't go paying some firm for a service you can get elsewhere for free (and probably a better service at that).

The debt management org's are listed elsewhere on this site, if you need help finding them post back here and we'll point you in right direction.

Hi they want a first payment up frount which is then used as the last payment i pay them nothing only my monthly payment of 200 over 8 years and they pay off £18,100 of dept for me. by geting the card and loan people to freeze the intrest rate.

So you pay them £19,200 to pay off a debt of £18,100?

They are charging you £1,100.

You can do what they are going to do yourself for free. Or you can ask the National Debtline (a charity) to help you.

Now, it's entirely up to you, but wouldn't you rather have £1,100 to pay off your debt more quickly - at £200 p.m. this would equate to (nearly) 6 months early!
