I should have read the comments - May 5th 2009 'No longer available' letter. Still featured on the website (and about the only half-decent thing left). Nul Points, Nescafe. Nul bloody points!

This was the only thing that actually appealed on the list of items and I saved for ages for it. Now I am told they are no longer available and no apology or reason for it, just send all the beans back. Feel cheated and definitely will affect my next coffee purchase!

I have again try to order these and had vouchers back, I was told by Cust.Services these would be with me in two weeks, then recived a letter to say they were no longer avail. this is second time I have tried to order things and they are not available. What are Nestles playing at. I am considering changing my brand of coffee. I have requested a list of what is actually aval. and had no joy.

Dont order this folks. Although my friend received one and are very good, i have just had a voucher back from nescafe saying they are now unavailable!!! struggling now to find something to order in its place.

Applied for the weekend bag and received a letter sstating it is no longer available. How come it is still on this website? This is the second time this has happened when I applied for theatre tickets!! Can you confirm if the weekend bag is available because I'm a bit cheesed off!

Nescafe are not a company I feel I want to buy products off, or help promote - they have a poor history of promoting their baby milk formula in third world countries- the WHO estimates that 4000 babies die every day from unsafe bottle feeding. See the Baby Milk Action website for more details:
