how long for remortgage?

Just a quick question , survey done , mortgage offer recieved, solicitor told on Monday to go ahead as we were waiting for confirmation that we needed the amount of remortgage ( to offer F&F on IVA )

So just wondering Solicitor has told us he can have it completed in 4 weeks from day he applies for deeds for our current mortgage provider. Is this realisetic ? Checked mortgage offer and they say they need paperwork for solicitor 6 days before completion date and solicitor says he should have deeds in about 10 days . so leaves about 1.5 weeks in betweent o do whatever else needs done.

Anyone else done this can give me timescales theirs took?

thanks
TOTAL 44 weeks lose. 6st 9.5lb :T
