Hi,
I work in Roomex.com and to date our relationship with Pigsback.com has been an excellent one. If I could just clarify something please – to ensure that you get your PiggyPoints automatically and immediately, you must start your booking from the Roomex search box on the Pigsback.com website, which can easily be found by typing the word Roomex into the search box on the top of the page after you log in. All points after that will automatically added to your account. If for any reason this does not happen, and hundreds of Pigsback bookings have gone through the system without any problem whatsoever, simply email Pigsback and let them know. We have given them access to all bookings made by Pigsback customers on our system, so they can verify your claim immediately.
