Possible bargains coming soon (unbeatable.co.uk in administration)

Options
Just heard word that unbeatable.co.uk have gone into administration. There used to be a few bargains to be had there previously, so it could be that some real 'steals' will be on offer soon.

The website currently states they are 'carrying out major updates'.

Unbeatable generally carry a fair bit of stock, which will obviously need to be cleared by the administrators.

It's probably worth checking the website for any further updates - stock might go to auction etc (most likely I think, rather than them selling online with discounts).

Quote: CAPITAL SOUND & VISION LTD IN ADMINISTRATION

Mr A D Nygate and Mr S Bannon of BDO Stoy Hayward LLP, 8 Baker Street, London, W1U 3LL were appointed joint administrators of the above named company on 19th August 2005.

If you have any enquiries reference orders that you have already placed for goods, please contact Mr. Freddie Brudenell at the above address.

(capital sound and vision ltd own unbeatable).

Mods - couldn't think where else to put this, so please move it elsewhere if appropriate.

Yep, their warehouse was usually brimming with stock, although I haven't been up there to buy anything for a few months. Come to think of it their Crawley shop has been looking rather depleted in recent months, so perhaps they've been quietly running down the stock levels? I daresay all the stock will be auctioned off - they had a good turnover so most of the stock should be current models and of interest to other retailers/traders. Fingers-crossed they decide to sell the stuff off on the website though!!!
Ah! Good old trusty beer... I hope you never change.
