Woolwich/Barclays Mortgage Reserve Account

Following last month's interesting lose/lose letter from Barclays regarding the Mortgage Current Account Reserve limit, has anyone had any come back at all from sending their letter back.
I tried to call this afternoon to get confirmation that my form has been received etc but after navigating their phone options got to the indefinite hold dead-end - with no answer in sight so thought I'd ask if anyone here had heard anything back from Woolwich/Barclays..

For what I've done...I start again...And whatever pain may come ...Today this ends... I'm forgiving what I've done -AF since June 2007
