Help Please - Looking for re-mortgage !

I am looking to re-mortgage (fixed rate pref) as I come off my last fixed rate at the end of this month. Trying to wade through all the possibilities/pros and cons etc is giving me a headache. Are there any others out there who are more clued up at this present time. Any help and direction would be greatly received. Thanks

What advice do you want specifically?
No-one can tell you what is best based on the limited information above.

I'd suggest in the first instance getting an idea of the market, e.g.

    www.moneyfacts.co.uk

    www.moneysupermarket.com

    etc

As Andy has said - you can look at the best buy tables to get a feel for what is out there but that presumes that you understand best buy tables and what you are looking for.

Many lenders will price their products to feature high on best buy tables and as they are often sponsored can be misleading. The only place I would look on for this kind of information would be on the FSA consumer site https://www.moneymadeclear.co.uk.

If you are getting a headache and are clueless then you may want to employ a broker to review the market for you and help make things more simple and clarified for you. Do not go looking through these tables if you are seriously uncertain of what to look for as that is like asking a blind man to rewire your house. Very dangerous and costly.
