  • Apologies - the slowness should go away soon - I don't know what's been troubling it

  • Can anyone tell me if they ask for id when you go to a film screening?I've got two tickets for Ghost Town and me and hubby can't go so my son and his girlfriend were going to go instead.Theres no prob with age or anything,he's 19 coming up,just as we havn't been before we didn't know what to expect, whether he'd have to show proof of the name on the ticket?
  • It's very very likely that they won't need ID, but to be absolutely safe you can email changeofname@seefilmfirst.com and they'll send you an email to print off that allows anyone to use the tickets

  • thankyou very much :)
  • i have already been able to go to two free films, although these seemed to be two films which nobody wanted to go to.
i just wanted to know how to get hold of the codes myself instead of relying on someone posting them online for me to have to keep checking everyday.
i just wanted to know, where do all of these people get all of these codes and how do i get them myself.
are they printed in a certain newspaper or magazine?
please help me, thank you, x
  • Across FMUK, here, and HDUK, everyone does a great job at finding codes.
But if you like, we have a thread at FMUK with links to various sites that occasionally have codes....help yourself:

Really, though, there's not much that gets through our collective net, but help would of course be appreciated.
Oh, and the fact that a film has free preview screenings does not reflect its quality in any way. If there has been empty seats at screenings, it's not because not many people want to see the film, believe me.

  • Just back from seeing Brideshead - I enjoyed it, despite having noisy neighbours. Loved Venice and that tortoise.
