    Can anyone help?

I've just been along to the Showcase Cinema at Bluewater with my email from seefilmsfirst to collect the tickets for Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging on 15th July at 7pm. The girl was happy to exchange the email for complimentary tickets, but she couldn't do so as they have no showings for this film listed that day.

She said that as the film isn't out until the 25th july, any preview showings won't be until just before that date.

Can anyone tell me where I've gone wrong?

If it's a FilmFirst email, you need to click on the link which will take you to the ticket all you need to do then is print it.

    Good luck

Usually with see film first you just take your email on the day and the time specified, maybe there computer hasn't been updated with the information about the free screening yet i would phone them a day or so beforehand to check about the screening but i sometimes find that cinema staff aren't always up-to date with information about free screenings all the time.

    Hi and thanks

Yes I did this, but am concerned that Bluewater are saying that there is no showing on this day for this film?

They said that all thier schedules for next week were now live so if it wa going to be showing, then it would be up on their systems.

They don't always seem to know what's going on, I doubt the film would go onto their system as it's a free screening, if it was on the system it would show the screening details to the public, I think lol.
I'm sure it will be fine

They don't put free screenings in their schedules because paying folk would turn up to see it.

    Duh! :p
