Help me find the right tracker!

Hi folks,
My tracker deal with C&G (2yr, REPO + 0.34%) came to an end last month without me realising in time, and I'm on C&G SVR which is a bit yuck.
Anwways, the best C&G offer now is a fee-assisted (£999) REPO + 0.64%, which is no good at all.
HSBC are doing a fee assisted (£599) REPO + 0.38% deal lifetime tracker which I like the look of. Life tracker makes it easier for me, so if I am happy with my deal I don't need to go switching every 2 years.
LTVs, (66% ish) income etc are all good to cover the mortgage - and they have ran credit searches and are all happy with everything. BUT, before I commit I thought it a good idea to pop in here and see if anyone knew of a deal I should be looking at elsewhere - I thought I had researched the market fully but you can never be quite sure. I'm looking for a tracker product, unless there's a particularly compelling reason not to.
Thanks!

i looked at exactly that deal with similar LTV. I decided to for a fix with fd instead (5.25% for 2years 99 fee + valuation @ 99) but the HSBC deal if you want a tracker is hard to beat0

Looks like a pretty good deal to me. The best tracker rate I know of and Term with no ERC gives maximum flexibility.I am a Mortgage Adviser

You've missed the outstanding balance on your first post, so no-one is able to suggest a better rate & fee combination, if there is one. However, the HSBC deal is a good one, and so competitive that it will be raised to BOE+0.48% on Monday.0

i have been talking to HSBC today about just that deal and have decided to go for their fee free tracker at 5,99 as my mortgage is small and the fee would distort.
Was advised by L&C that I would be unlikely to find a better tracker atm to suit me.
