Possibly one of the worse things than can happen to you money wise is to be a victim of plastic card fraud, your card issuer doesn't believe you, you're treated like fool or crook and you end up paying the cost of the fraud.
The Telegraph 9 Apr 2008 published an article.
Banks Are Too Chipper About PIN Fraud.
The article gives good advice to victims of PIN based fraud and there have been many cases on these Forums.
Only one bit of information is missing, that is information that people who have serious concerns, fears, security issues with PINs can opt for Chip & Signature Cards.
The Anyting Else Money Saving Tip Is. Reduce YOUR fraud risk chances by getting yourself Chip & Signature Credit Cards.

The introduction of Chip and PIN was never to benefit the customer directly, it was to try and shift the emphasis of blame away from the bank.
I saw a few weeks ago about the guys from Cambridge University who demonstrated what the banks said could not be done by reading data from a chip using a modified common card terminal.0
