Boots Skincare Voucher

That's cheeky! If the offer is 2 4 1, the voucher should come off as its still a current valid offer, no matter how you are paying for it.
I got the 2 for £6 botanics today and a couple of days ago. Later today (this morning got 2 more vouchers), I bought 3 4 2 number 7 day creams,@£7 each, and paid £9.00 and 200 extra points from the old magazine.
Ring them up and complain, may get some extra points as a goodwill gesture?

Yep, all stores, and no you won't get a voucher if you pay with points, you have to part with a fiver!

Just by the barcode it says: "Staff please ensure both this barcode and the barcodes on the products are scanned." Seems to imply that you can use it on more than one item...
From what it says on the voucher it does seem to sound like you can use it when purchasing more than one item but unfortunately the lady who served me didn't think so.
It appears to be that some stores are allowing more than one item to be purchased using it and are also allowing it to be used in conjunction with other offers and some other stores aren't. I wish Boots would make it clear to all staff what the correct rules are!0 -

I'm not sure what offer this is but the voucher seems to just be for a limited range of skincare, always worth a try at the till though as you could always take a back up item to the till with you for if it doesn't work on the loreal item0 -
I wanted to use my voucher on 2 items priced at £2.99 each and pay the diff, I was told in my local store that you can only use the voucher in one transaction and as the items were £2.99 each this was classed as 2 trans, the diff, with the BOGOF is the till only recognises it as 1 transaction so those ones are ok. When a fellow poster said in this chat that the info on the voucher informs the staff to scan them both i think this is meant to be ( scan the voucher then scan the item not both £2.99 items, mmmmmmm i hope you get my drift.

The discount will only work for the allowed items, as I took a no7 item up to the till thinking it was ok, but it was a sunscreen item and the voucher wouldn't work/scan with it, as sunscreen items are excluded from the offer. This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
