Scottish Courts' claim form jargon

I write as a last resort.
I had spent an enormous amount of time researching the use of words to be used on the Small Claims Summons Forms 1 and 1b for the Scottish Courts, only to be told that the wording is not correct by the local Sheriff's court in Orkney (Scottish northern isles).
They want me to put in box 4 (Claim) exactly what is in box 7 (Details of claim), which is impossible for the space available. There are also some details of wording that they would not accept (which would be too much to explain here). I subsequently found out (after much time wasting) that the Scottish courts have their own jargon for the forms (which the Sheriff could/would not tell me).
I had also spent more time trying (with the help of Google and the local Citizens Advice Bureau) to find out exactly it is that the stubborn legal mindset requires for my claim to be successful in its wording, but to no avail. I'm just another alien on Planet Law.
The wording I placed in box 4 is - The pursuer claims from the defender the sum of at least £1296.00, plus interest at the judicial rate of 8% annually from the date of the first fee charged and debited to my bank account, together with the expenses of bringing this action.
The wording in box 7 elaborates by adding the usual examples of Court case precedants as well as -
(a) “…from the dates that the debits were made to the claimant’s account until August 2007, and also interest at the same rate up to the date of judgment, or up to the date of earlier payment at a daily rate of 0.022%.
(b) The court fee of £44.00.<O:p</O:p

Any advice?

I got caught with this too - it's because the interest has to be set out the same in both boxes. In the first one you have put it as annually and in the second it's a daily rate.
Daft I know but they have to be the same apparently - usually if you phone them they can help you with the wording.
