Newbie needing some advice please!

Hi
I'm hoping that someone might be able to give me some advice regarding remortgaging and consolidation of debts please.
We currently have £33k in debts and we're paying £300 approx a month to the CCCS. We have cut back in all areas of life and have checked that we're getting the cheapest deal we can for insurances etc.
We are now in the process of remortgaging as our current offer is about to run out. Our financial advisor has recommended that we lump the outstanding debts on to the mortgage, but after we have negotiated the smallest amount repayable to each one.
He also recommende we met with a company who could potentially reduce the amount we had to pay further. We saw them tonight and they have recommended a full and final IVA and reckon they can get the amount repayable down to approx £13k. This is of course going to cost us £3k for his help plus the other legal costs of remortgaging.
Are we better off to go for the full and final IVA and pay this guy's fee or should we remortgage for the minimum amount necessary and continue to pay the debt via the CCCS?
Any help/advice would be much appreciated.
