I don't believe that for a second considering that she's got something to promote. Loads of people suddenly have opinions on celebrities as soon as they have a reason to court publicity, whether it's the money from selling the story or exposure for their own ventures.
(also, I don't WANT to believe it, I love how he is on the show and want to believe that he actually does devote his life towards making women feel beautiful!)

I agree. A friend of my brother's, was in the last series and she had nothing but praise for him. Her confidence is greatly improved and she looks and feels much better. He can't be all bad then!
