Advice regarding mortgage complaint Natwest

Just thought I'd let you all know that this morning I got a phone call from the Mortgage Advisor's Boss and he apologised for the problems we had had. He has spoken to the Advisor and the advisor admitted that he hadn't kept us as up to date with things as maybe he should have done. The Boss had looked into our application and has told me that there is nothing they can do for us. I accepted the apology and also let them know that we have found a mortgage elsewhere (ABBEY).
