Hi Folks,
Perhaps I am being particularly dense today, but hopefully
someone can help me out:o
We have received a quote from the Clydesdale bank about
transferring our BTL mortgage onto a 1 year fixed term.
This includes the agreed arrangement fee but also a £195
Security Release Fee for "work involved in redeeming your
mortgage". Since we are not moving banks, is this right?
Our original 2 year deal is now at an end.
