Oh !!!!!! it was 9.00am when I finally got on after having to give the kids breakfast.

They just called me back, she appologised for it only just starting and said it is the first however many each day, not a draw (seems strange to me with there being a question but there you go) and she also said that with it only just coming on the system as I've already entered I should have one..............................can I hold her to that..............and can all of you who had already entered before I refreshed in here and found it working?
