Do utility/phone bills show up on your Credit Report each month?

This might be a really daft question but I'm thinking of taking out a landline in my name, but I just wondered if paying the bill each month actually shows up as a 'green zero' on your credit report each month, and thus helps build up your credit score?
Or are phone/utility bills only added to credit reports when they become unpaid/defaulted etc?
Anyone got 'green zeros' from BT/Virgin/Vodafone/Thames Water etc?
I'm doing really well rebuilding my credit rating with being on the Electoral Roll, paying my Vanquis Card off without any problem, everything else in order - now I'm looking for other realistic ways to give myself a credit score bump.
