Buy to let mortgage help

Hi all , I am new to this site so be gentle please .

Can anyone assist , I need pointers as to where to look for buy to let finance . At present I have 1 property on a buy 2 let basis ( about 50% equity ) and a property abroad owned outright . Our own property has a loan of about 65% outstanding .

I am keen to invest in further properties but really need to know how to finance this . I went into my local Bradford & Bingley & the woman in there seemed to think this was all in order but she has failed to get back to me ( I think she put it on the "Too difficult" pile as it was not a standard mortgage )

Are there any packages / deals out there which could assist in building a portfolio ? The only ones I have seen are for those who already have a portfolio .

There must be some way to tap into the equity of the 3 properties to give deposits on more properties . I only want to save up for the kids University fees and an early retirement with plenty of skiing ( hence the foreign property )
Thanks

Scott
