mortgage and loan

my partner and myself want to take out our first mortgage but we have about £25000 of debt that would be on top of a mortgage payment. Does anyone know of any banks that do a mortgages and loan combined or let you have a mortgage and then additional borrowing for debt consolidation. we are first time buyers.
