Hi
Rog re-mortgaged a few months ago, but the situation has changed rather since then.
Suggest you try a whole of market advisor and try for less then 75% LTV.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
Hi, there is a mortgage broker that is associated with Payplan the debt charity. They deal with not too squeaky clean credit histories and say on their website that they don't charge fees. I probably can't name them here but will have a go they are Who's Lending...try to google them. I haven't used them myself and I wouldn't know what the market is like at present, if there is one for mortgages at all. Hope this helps.

Many thanks, will have a look for them.0

oneandonly it might be a good idea to make sure your credit file was cleaned up (see the sticky about this on top of the front page) before you look at getting a mortgage.
Cinderbrook, Payplan are not a debt charity they are just one of the better debt organisations.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
I've heard good things about Charcol - I've read that CCCS use them but I know someone who found them independently and went through them.BSC member 131 :j Now bring me that horizon...

My mortgage is with GMAC and we pay 6%. Both my partner and I were bankrupt previously. We put down a 17k deposit.
They were very helpful and offered us a good deal.
If we hadnt of got it in October we would be stuffed now. Everyone told me to wait (until CRF clear), I am so pleased I'm inpatient! This time it paid off!0
