car finance cancelled policy ccj paying APR and insurance

I bought a car on finance a couple of years ago but due to reasons beyond my control I could not continue the repayments.I had paid over half the finance back so they could not reposses the vehicle.I have since had a ccj from the company and am now having to make weekly payments. My questions are.Am I still liable to pay the full APR on the policy as it was cancelled and also the loan insurance as I am not in a contractual agreement with the finance company anymore.(they added the full APR and insurance for the full term of the policy when it went to court).
Any advice would be much appreciated.

I'd think seriously about selling the car as soon as possible before you get into real problems. There's no way the HP company will let you off paying interest etc - and each time you miss a payment they'll just pile charges on top. If you're struggling now then it's probably going to get worse as time goes on, so couldn't you just try to sell it and pay off the outstanding balance and start again? If you keep missing payments then your debt could end up being greater than the value of the car.0
