Since signing up for this in June 2007, I've received just two envelopes, each with an ordinary 2nd class stamp stuck to it. The "newsletters", however, have continiued arriving in my inbox and are as upbeat as ever.
Not exactly the best consumer opportunity of all time but, as has already been said, better than nothing.0 -
I applied in june last year, but am yet to receive any envelopes.
Not complaining though, im part of a panel that is 'paying' me with first class stamps each month! So not too concerned.

There's something not right about this.
Freepost is a service that is free to the sender, but the tab is normally picked up at the delivery point. So how can this work? If I use one of their envelopes to send my Mum a letter, then in theory she will have to pay to receive it. I can't see Royal Mail swallowing this...................
If this is genuine then I guess they’re able to do this through the revenue they get for adverts they print on the envelopes and if you’re concerned about spam why not sign-up to this using an alternative email account.
Royal Mail might not be so bothered by this if Freepost4u buy the freepost from them.don't think you need a license to send a stamped envelope... which is what i've gotten
As far as I’m aware you do.0 -
did try to do a search, but it isn't working for me at the moment - if it has been posted elsewhere, do merge!
i've never used this before, and wanted to know if anybody else had? is it legit? or do you get a load of rubbish post all the time?
