i got discharged in sept 2005, met my partner and we decided to try for a mortage. (now i know he was a bit dodgy, commision) he worked our finances out and assured us we could manage the payments. we got a mortage with mortages plc and now we have not kept up payments and tommorow were at court with a repossesion claim. we will owe around £29000 various loans. can you go bankcrupt twice?

me and my partner have no other way but to give the house up tomorrow but when we come round to going BR would they look at it as "Undertaking - Failing to account satisfactorily for a loss of property to meet debts". can you have a say about your own circumstances? thanks0

why give it up? there is a process under law, 1st a possession order then an eviction order, the whole process can take 6 months, speak to CCCS and/or the CAB before doing anything rash0

hi just got back and the judge ordered a repossesion. the solicitor later advised me that if they sell the house and we owe money to the mortage company offer to pay no more than £25 pm, they will then threaten to take us to court. he said do a income/expenditure form and the judje will noy make us pay anymore, then after 3 years fill another form out(something to do with goverment legislation) then the debt will be written off. can anyone share some info on the 3 year thing? thanks0
