Hotdog Stall/Burger Van for Edinburgh Sporting Event?

Hi there, I've been trying to source a small hotdog stand or burger van company to come down to my team's games in Edinburgh during May, June & July. However most catering companies I've been finding on searches seem more keen to provide me with catering for my team and sponsors - when all I want is a way to allow our fans to buy hot food on the day.

I've had a couple of people get back to me and ask for more details but I get the impression they are looking for something different to what we have hoped for.

We are thinking small - like a hotdog stand as we think it's better suited to our fan base numbers. Has anyone got an idea of someone to contact?

May be a stab in the dark, but try the building sites like Newhaven or Granton. Or industrial areas/docks usually have a van for truckers? How about Newhouse? Or Seafield. There will usually be a burger van parked up somewhere. These vans are more what you want I think. I used to see vans on sat/sun at some DIY places. Ingliston has trailers inside when shows are on, give the Highland a call. I think I remember Thistle Catering? Try your local school, sports days used to at least one ice cream van on site!
Or try Edinburgh council, the vans are licensed I think, to trade or by environmental health.
Usually they have to pay a fee to get a pitch, so if you are allowing them on site for free, and good attendance is foreseen, they should be interested. Lots of profit!!
