i wanna buy a exercise machine, step thingy!!

me and the missus want to buy a home exercise machine, for the whole of the body, i originally had seen something called the air climber and i read some good reviews on the net but i just stumbled across a USA site which has completely slagged the product off saying its a useless plastic lump!

anyone out there have a similar product and it actually works, i want something pretty small and but tones the whole body, is there such a thing?

Hi, I have a machine that works like a step machine and has bars that gives your arms a workout too. Think its called a cross trainer. half an hour on that and you do feel like you've had a quick fullbody workout!

Mine is the orbitrek platinum but look on ebay and you might pick one up cheap 2nd hand locally.
Lets face it in all honesty most of these will have hardly been used after the first couple of months if that!! xxx :j
