FD mortgage

Well I gave FD a call today as they have not called me back yet following my initial call regarding the 5.29% 5yr fixed 31/3/08. They claimed they had called me last Friday and I said I didn't want it anymore !!!! Well to cut a long story short they are prepared to give me the 5yr at 5.29% and the figures seem good providing I can get the valuation I need on my house.

Does anyone know of any good free property valuation sites so I can make sure I am somewhere near the correct valuation figure?

With the mortgage I have to pay:-

£299 arrangement fee upfront non-refundable
£180 Valuation fee non-refundalbe
£299 booking fee can be put onto the mortgage
£ ? Solicitors fees

Does anyone know what the average price would be for the Sols fees, I need to include a transfer of equity in this.

Many thanks
