Video Mystery Shopping

Has anyone had any experience of this, what is the pay like?Any companies in particular that are good to do this for?

    The pay is better than the rate of normal mystery shops, and a number of companies do it.

    They don't seem to take on people willy nilly to do it though. The equipment costs hundereds of pounds, so they prefer to give it to established shoppers that they know. The video work I have done has come through already working for the company doing normal shops, or someone has recommended me.

    It's a tricky skill to master that requires lots of practice at home. The film needs to include plenty head shots of the person you are speaking to, so you need to learn how to sit/stand depending on where the other person is, and how tall they are.

    If you submit a film of the ceiling, you don't get paid! You are also responsible for making sure you have enough battery power and everything is connected up properly before you go in etc.
