I have a two year old flat which the current fixed rate buy to let mortgage finishes at end of May.
I think I’ve missed the boat with selling the property so am looking at the best deals around for buy to let re-mortgage. Given the high fees I’m looking at going for perhaps a longer term mortgage (5Years). I am have little luck in finding anything for longer than 3 years, does anyone know of any around? Or am I been silly looking at a longer term deal!!
The figures may be a little tight too as LTV approx 85% with Loan £102k, currently rented £525.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

You could have a look at Bank or Ireland.
They have a 3 year fix at 6.25%. Rent needs to be £532 though so near !!
Shame you have just missed their 5 year deal at 5.99 - rent needed to be £510 for that one.
If you see a deal - snap it up this week !!I am a Mortgage Adviser
