Which banks do Self build mortgages

Hi,

We have a building site and are just about to start building, we have had a quote from the Leeds building society for a self build mortgage but I was just wondering which other banks offer this, does anyone know?

    Hi - we got a self-build mortgage from Halifax 2 years ago - they're probably still doing them.

    Woolwich, Nationwide, Coventry too. We used to use Skipton a lot, and they say they still do self-build, but just don't have any self-build products available at the moment!!

    get yourself acopy of homebuilding and renovating they have a beginners guide to self building in the back every month it lists all the self build lenders the LTV they will lend to and the stages they will release the lending at.

    Buildloan do them via TMB, Skipton & Leeds, I think. I've never actually done one in 18 years as an adviser!
