First time mortgage and i've got a 20% deposit but self-employed

Hi

Since selling my last property (am now renting) i've got £50k to put down as a deposit on a £250k property - when i find the perfect one! Trouble is, my own Limited Company business has only been trading for a month, so i've no proven track record for an lender to see. I was employed full time for 12 years before now. Any tips on mortgage lenders who might still be interested, given the current 'nervousness' in the market?
Thanks

Well if you cant prove your income you will need to have been trading for 1-2 years, although some lenders will take 6 months but your will pay for it.

what is it you do? Do you sub-contract or do you have any long term contracts?
