    Thanks Ras, you're so right. I've even found a bottle of wine lurking in the cupboard so feel justified in having a mini celebration tonight.....things certainly look a lot better than they did sitting in the CAB office this morning :D

    Just wanted to say hi and offer support as I am in a similar situation to you, just about to put my house on the market to rent, which should save us about £600 per month too.

    I read on here somewhere, and I don't know if its right but i'm going to try, is that you can ask to pay interest only on secured loans once your house is for sale. Might be worth an ask.
