Mortgage affordability calculator..

Hi,
I currently have a mortgage with IF.com for £108600 over 25 yrs.
I went with their 3 month low introductory rate with no redemption penalites.
I want to change my mortgage soon, does anyone know of mortgage companies that work on affordability, instead of income multiples?

IF.com is one..any others?

most of the bigger players either use an affordability calculator, or offer higher income multiples on a good credit score/ low loan to value

We have been in a similar situation :

    Try

Abbey, Nationwide and Standard Life for a start.... they all will lend on afordability (abbey's rates are competitive too)
