A few months ago Dell screwed up and I ordered 3 Dimension 3000s (in 3 separate orders) and got the PDFs. PCs arrived fine.
A few days later a 4th machine turned up!! They billed me for it, but considering it only cost £186 I didn't complain!
You never know - you might just get lucky this time, although if you haven't received a PDF yet I wouldn't hold my breath. You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.0 -
No cancellation.... OR confirmation other than the initial email.
Fingers crossed.

Same thing happened to me only I ordered one PC initially.
I complained and after some tirein phone conversations they knocked a further £30 off the price
Effectively they'd taken money off my credit card without me actually placing an order.

I placed my order at 10pm monday night, and at around 6pm Tuesday I had an answer machine message from Dell asking me to call back. I called back, but they had left for the evening, I rang back Wednesday morning and I was promised a callback. I've just called them again and answered the question regarding the call on Tuesday.
I queried about why I had not received an order confirmation, and they said they have a "Technical problem with my order" and they would be releasing my order shortly. I'm 90% sure these will turn up, so i'm not worried.
I've also noticed some cashback appearing from my order over on LMP !!
And before anyone thinks of asking, I don't know anything else !

My cashback is showing as 'pending*' with Quidco... fingers are still firmly crossed for the order to be approved by Dell.kraven wrote:I've also noticed some cashback appearing from my order over on LMP !!0 -
