Free 30p or 50p Bonio Money-off voucher - and possible prizes

This is becoming more hassle than it's worth.

I've had to ring their national rate number 3 times now - the person on the phone tell me it's no problem to send me some claim forms out, then I get emails saying that I can claim using the form on packs.

I didn't buy any packs :wall:

So after 3 phone calls they've worked it out (finally) and need to ring the agency, as apparently they are posting all these out without claim forms and that's illegal. I don't know about illegal, it's a pain in the backside.

My dogs don't even eat Bonio :rolleyes:

Has everyone who has done this handwritten their names/addresses on the piece of paper ??

I'm just wondering if they would refuse those that have been typed as 'Bulk Entries' ?

No - separate envelopes for each request.

As an update to my story, I'm well in profit now, thanks to "Christina from Purina" who has been a massive help and very generous in sorting out the missing claim form problem.

All the "halves" have either 30p or 50p off on the back. The vouchers I got for the free biscuits were for £2 each but they were from Christina, not sure if these second lot (which will be from the agency, not Purina)will be for the same or less (because Asda only charge 98p per box)

How did you finally get the claim forms as I have had my halves back but no official claim forms and you do need them don't you?? Thanks in advance!
