Direct Cosmestics.com? Too good to be true?

Hi everyone!
I've come across http://www.directcosmetics.com and I can't believe the prices on there.. I've seen some Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream for £3.99. Is that possible?
Basically, I'm wondering whether the products are the real thing or if they are damaged etc. as I cannot believe the prices!
Has anyone had experience with the website before? How was postage etc.
Thank you all so much, I love this board!

I order from that site every now and then and have never had a problem. Products are the real mccoy and items come well packaged

what a lot of the items are are samples - no boxes. No problem if you are buying for yourself but those items are described as such

I saw this post on the 7th - placed an order and it was delivered today.

For just less than £20 I got a big tub of moisturiser, a smaller tube of moisturiser, a huge tube of what seems to be very good foundation (took a bit of a risk on the colour but looks pretty okay), a fab lipstick which I put on hours ago and still looks good, and a Too Faced palette (which sells in Boots for about £20 but on sale here at £5.99)

The tub of moisturiser and the foundation are so big I think they were probably meant for salon use?

Thanks so much for your thread, OP. I badly needed some anti wrinkle cream and some moisturiser and got all the above for less!

I've ordered from direct cosmetics quite a few times over the last couple of years. Their prices are fantastic and I've always found delivery to be quick and well packaged, infact I think I may have to go andplace an order now !!
  • This a really good company, the babyliss tubs of mini brushes / mirrors and clasps are great for stocking fillers, shoeboxes and hampers. They often send freebies too.
