nope, just that an estate agent I know said 12 agreed mortgages were pulled in one week when finalising the sale.Just don't be too disappointed if it does happen, have a plan b ready. Also let us know if it works out for you, good luck.0

In the present climate I cannot say whether your deal is good or not (your circumstances etc) read the small print and see if you are ok with the offer and APR etc.
£5000 + plus is a setting up fee which will have to be paid in the future.
