Jell-o

Does anyone know if JELL-O made by Kraft US, can be found in UK, preferably North East?

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere (please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. are you looking for any Jell-o or this vanilla pudding in particular??

** knew I had seen Jell-o jelly somewhere recently, just checked with OH and it was at an Easter fayre - someone had brought some back from US and was making jelly eggs. Sorry, I realise this doesn't help but if people know whether you're looking for the pudding or the jelly, they may know of somewhere that sells it.

Are you anywhere near a US airbase - the local shopkeepers may stock US goods.

One of europes biggest USA bases is Lakenheath in Suffolk, perhaps MSE folk who live near will be able to tell you if they sell "american goods" in the local shops.

After looking on google i found a website http://www.lakenheath.freeuk.com/

Curtis - Brilliant shop. Has EVERYTHING
If other shops fail you, always try Curtis - never fails!!

    Opposite Post office

    Perhaps they might sell it?

I don't mind if there are different flavours - I've just found out there is a butterscotch one, sounds yummy. The Ebay ones are a bit pricey at £2.90 for an ounce pack so I was hoping for a local store or even a British alternative if they taste similar.
Thanks to all that have replied. :)

    Edit:
P.S. Merlinormartin I've just had a look at your Lakenheath website. I'm glad that I live in the North-East!

Probably not much use, but they sell the brand so perhaps they may be able to get you some 'jell-o' http://www.americansoda.co.uk/user/search.aspx?q=jell-o

http://www.candypirate.com/index.asp?function=SITEMAP search for 'jell-o' and there's 10 variaties including: White Chocolate, Butterscotch, French Vanilla and Pistachio to name a few.

Isn't this stuff just 'Angel Delight'?

    HTH
It could have been worse. At least source code's not combustible, or you can bet somebody at McAfee would have lit it.

Hi OP - to be honest this just looks like "Angel Delight" or "Instant Whip" - try in any local supermarket or shop for these products......kinda creamy, sickly, whipped sugery milk stuff!!!!! Try them - you havent got anything to lose and if they ARE similar to your Jell-O product then brill cos they tend to be about 40p a packet lol
Baldrick, does it have to be this way? Our valued friendship ending with me cutting you up into strips and telling the prince that you walked over a very sharp cattle grid in an extremely heavy hat?
