Anyone else get the following error message when clicking the 'Claim FREE £5' ?

When i click to claim £5, it says this:

You will need to contact customer services to activate your account.


Anyone else had this problem?

NOTW are doing it as well. I'm signed up to that one in my name - just signed up to The Sun one on hubbys name and it went through fine

WooHoo, won £118! Trying to use up the free £5, used up the first £2 no problem, then used another £1, and the free £5 went down to £2.50, used another 25p and the free £5 went down only 12p?!?! Curious or what, seems to only use half of the free money and half of my own!
