tax question

Hi,
Im a newbie here and have a question. Im 23 and finished uni and just got my first proper job with the degree, I got a letter from the HMRC saying I should tell my bank im paying tax now since Im now working which is fair enough. But looking at my bank statements from my barclays student account I have being paying tax on my interest all the time. Do I need to inform them? they already changed my account automatically to a graduate one. Is there more tax I have to pay on my account? They already rob me blind every month on my wages .

Any help appreciated

No you don't need to inform anyone - you are (now) paying tax correctly.

You MAY have overpaid it in the past if it's always been deducted. If so you can claim a refund from HMRC.
